Water Exercise

Open Water Walking – Enjoy the water during this open time. There is no instructor for this class.

Aqua Aerobics
– If land classes cause stress on your joints, try this shallow water class. Participants will enjoy a gentle exercise routine that is easily adjusted for different levels of fitness. Participants will increase their strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and range of motion.

SilverSneakers® SilverSplash
– Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety! SilverSplash offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers® kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.

Deep Water Pump
– High intensity water workout includes exercises for the entire body with no impact on the lower body.

H2O Pump
– This water class will be sure to pump you up! If you are looking for that great water workout, join us and enjoy this class!

Lap Swim
– When all lanes are full, a 30 minute time limit will be effective. During this busy time, you may be asked to share a lane and adhere to the 30 minute time limit.
