We are operating @ a modified Level 3 Safety Protocol.  A wide selection of our classes have returned.  In an effort to maintain public health class size is limited so we ask that you register each week online, by phone or in person.  Registrations opens on Fridays for the next week.  In the event a class fills quickly we have waiting lists.   ‘Day Of’ registrations are encouraged so please call to see if there’s an opening in your favorite class!  If, for any reason, you can’t make a class you are registered for, please call and let us know so we may alert someone on a waiting list.  Bring your own exercise mat, wrist or hand weights as we have removed many touch points for safety reasons.  Also, we encourage you to wear a mask while waiting for class to begin.  You are also encouraged to observe social distancing while visiting with classmates.  Fitness Class Safety Protocols are listed on the back of the schedule.  Now, let’s get fit!
