The Ottumwa YMCA has a wide variety of classes for all fitness levels and styles. From Y-Cycle & LesMills BodyCombat to Tai Chi & SilverSneakers Yoga, we have a wonderful, health and wellness experience for you!  Our trained and certified instructors are dedicated to ensure that your class experience is encouraging and challenging.
