Water Exercise

Open Water Walking – Enjoy the water by reserving a lane during lap swim times.  Preregistration for use of lap lanes is required online, by phone or in person at the Member Services desk.  Please request access to water weights, flotation belts or other aquatic equipment from the on duty life guard.

Aqua Aerobics
– If land classes cause stress on your joints, try this shallow water class. Participants will enjoy a gentle exercise routine that is easily adjusted for different levels of fitness. Increase strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and range of motion in our heated pool.

H2O Pump
– This water class will be sure to pump you up! If you are looking for that great water workout, join us and enjoy this class!

Lap Swim
– Whether you want to lap swim or water walk, daytime lanes are available 5 days a week.  Preregistration is required online, by phone or in person at the Member Services desk.
