What do I need to sign up for a grant?

You can stop by the front desk for an application or fill out the following forms and bring them to us.

• Complete our Scholarship Form
• Bring in a copy of your most recent 1040 tax form or 30 days of proof of income ie. paystubs, disability, etc
• Complete Y-USA's Safety Around Water Enrollment and Consent Form
• Complete Y-USA's Photo Release Wavier
• Complete our YMCA'sRelease of Liability Wavier

After submission, the grant application may take up to two weeks to process.
